Worth every second of the struggle to get that all hooked up. The best part? I got the switch working! Now I just need to clean up the rifle…but there’s something that’s gonna pull my attention away from this kit again reeeeally soon. More on that when the time comes.
Apologies for the cellphone picture, but it shows what I’ve been doing with this thing for the last week. No, I don’t know why the eyes aren’t so bright. Perhaps I’ll dig in to the head and see if I can do some fiddling to rectify that.

Posing these wings is a total pain in the ass if you ask me. It might be paint making things harder than they need to be but thusfar they’ve been an exercise in frustration. They manage to look pretty damn awesome though, so at least the frustration is worth it.

Who remembers this guy?

Never really done any LED work before so it’s REALLY messy on the inside (RadioShack of course had zero 3mm LEDs, so I had to pick something that would be bright and work from there) but frankly it’s functional and that’s the key thing to me. This has completely renewed my joy in working on PG kits. In fact, who remembers this one?

Finally building steam back up to finish this guy for my friend…that was what, almost a year ago that I started this thing? Jeeze. I also picked up some stuff for my PG Wing Zero that should really give that kit something to shine about.

But moreover I’ve got the wings mostly done for PG SF, so soon it’ll just be down to the DRAGOONs themselves and the rifles left to finish. I may have missed the march deadline, but this thing is slowly approaching completion.

Quite pleased with how the main body has turned out. On to the wings.
